Rates: Rates are agreed directly with the customer at the time of booking.

Vehicles capacity: the cars have a maximum capacity up to 4 pax, minivans Ducato up to 8 and 11 pax, and the largest available minibus up to 19 pax. You should keep in mind that if you have bulky luggage, single vehicle won’t have enough space to carry large luggage per head, so please communicate when booking if there are large luggage.

Each passenger may carry with it any kind of luggage have, just remember while booking the service to communicate any excess baggage as skis or other sports equipment, parcels, bulky luggage. This is to avoid that the vehicle will not be suitable for such carriage.

Responsibility on luggage: check at the departure your luggage, all carried objects will be traveling under the responsibility of the passengers. The company does not assume any responsibility for loss or damage.

Animals: pets must be declared at the time of booking in order to take all appropriate measures, both for the pets and to avoid damages or soiling of the car.

Insurance and forbidden areas: The car is covered by insurance for itself and for passengers with higher ceilings and are all equipped with NCC licensed (rental with driver) and therefore in order for transit in lanes, LTZ, Old Town , pedestrian area, etc ..

Complaints: In order to improve the quality of our services we require to tell us any problems resulting from the service attributable to our operations.

These conditions of transport and all related services respect the laws that regulate the sale of services in Italy, this guarantees and protects the passenger and his luggage.


Different modes of payment for a total freedom:

– Cash to the driver by issuing tax receipt
– POS ATM / credit card on board (American Express / Diners included)
– Wire bank transfer in advance
– Paypal paying online in advance
– Wire bank transfer paying online in advance

In case you need the tax invoice please communicate us at the time of booking and the same will be sent on-line at the end of the service.


The customer has the right to make a cancellation free of charge up to 8 hours before the service by sending an e-mail to indicating customer name, date, time of service and reservation number.

If your flight is canceled and / or has been changed in schedule, no penalties are applied.

In case of flight delays, anything will be charged more.
